Africa is the largest unclaimed market on Earth and the hardest to invest in as one: 54 company registries, 54 tax codes, 54 court systems, 42 currencies and a continental investment code the AU wrote in 2016 and never made binding. Foreign direct investment hit a record $97B in 2024 — and strip out a single $35B Egyptian deal and Africa's share of the world's investment was 4%. The AR is the answer to the question every serious investor asks first: one rulebook, one court, one currency, one tax floor — and a government whose enemy is extraction, not production.
