THE THESIS

Africa's elders carry the living memory of both colonialism and liberation — the last generation that watched the flags go up. Their reward has been abandonment: no pension, no care infrastructure, stolen inheritances, and in the worst documented cases, banishment and murder as "witches." The AR honours them and protects them — constitutionally, financially, and permanently.
