THE THESIS

African athletes dominate global sport, and African sport owns almost none of the value they create. The stadiums are condemned, the federations are captured, the prize money is a rounding error of Europe's, and the talent pipeline runs one way — out. The AR ends that permanently: Africa will no longer farm athletes for other countries' leagues. African athletes will learn, play, turn professional and earn in African schools, colleges, universities and leagues — and meet the world at the Olympics, the World Cup and the Open when the world calls.
