THE THESIS

African women carry nearly half of the continent's farm labour and start businesses at the highest rate of women anywhere on Earth — and hold barely a seventh of its farmland, about a quarter of its parliamentary seats, and almost none of its capital. This is not a gap. It is a confiscation. The AR ends it constitutionally.
