Labour & Workers' Rights
THE THESIS
African workers build the world's supply chains and receive the least protection. The AR constitutionally guarantees labour rights continent-wide.
The cobalt in every phone. The cocoa in every chocolate bar. The cotton in every shirt. The coltan in every laptop. African hands produced all of it — and African workers are the least paid, least protected, and most disposable labour force on Earth. This is not a market outcome. It is an architecture. The AR demolishes it.
