The Africa Republic Unity App is not a social media platform. It is not a charity campaign. It is the legal infrastructure of a continental democratic mandate — the mechanism by which 1.4 billion Africans register their sovereign will for unification, on a tamper-evident, blockchain-anchored, biometrically verified ledger that no government on earth can erase. Without the petition, the AR political and legal framework has no democratic standing. The app is not a feature of the project. The app IS the project's foundation.
